Terms of Service

By placing an order with Yida Gallery, you agree to these terms.

Product Information

All paintings are handmade. Colors may vary slightly from photos due to screen settings. Each piece is unique. Slight variations from product images are expected and part of the artwork character.

Orders & Payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Payment is due at the time of order through the available payment methods shown at checkout. Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

Production

Each painting is made to order. Production time is 2-4 weeks depending on size and complexity. You will receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

Custom Commissions

Custom orders may require a deposit before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping, Customs & Duties

Yida Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
