Terms of Service

By placing an order with Su Yi Art Limited (operating as Yida Gallery), you agree to these terms.

Product Information

All paintings are handmade. Colors may vary slightly from photos due to screen settings. Each piece is unique. Slight variations from product images are expected and part of the artwork character.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due at the time of order via PayPal. Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

Production

Each painting is made to order. Production time is 2-4 weeks depending on size and complexity. You will receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

Custom Commissions

Custom orders require a 50% deposit upfront. The remaining balance is due before shipping. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

Limitation of Liability

Su Yi Art Limited is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
