Refund Policy

Every painting is handmade to order. We want you to love your artwork.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your painting, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. The painting must be in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned painting, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Custom commissions are final sale and not eligible for return.

Damaged Items

If your painting arrives damaged, please email us photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
